  The answer is 215424 bulbs. Include all trains and it is 345984 bulbs.

  counting 1 console in a train:

  EWL u need 31 x 2 = 62
  NSL u need 25 x 2 = 50

  in a train u need 112 x 48 = 5376

  in 66 trains u need 5376 x 66 = 354816 LED bulbs..
