I'm for compulsory.. it safeguards the both parties frm getting any STD eg HIV..
Some may one it but feel embrassed to suggest going for the checkup together as they are afraid tht the other party may feel tht there's lack of trust or whatsever, he/she may not knw how to approach the other party nicely.. if its compulsory, it saves them the touble.... -

believe that u guys have read from the papers before, of people gettin HIV thru blood infusion (is this the rite word?) and all that... so..

I think it should be done. By the time you're getting married, you should be at that stage where you know everything about each other already, so what's the big deal about a little check up Besides. Whats the point of starting a life together when you cant even do this.
It's a safety precaution for both as well. Just incase they don't know what they might have
