i eat healthy food and change my eating habits. My friend lose 15kg in 3 months and now is already 6 months she still maintain it. How many you want to lose ? I still want to lose 5 more kg to become S.

My friend took me to a free health seminar and they teach us how to eat and how our body works.
I saw many fat people and also some with illness.
Due to Fat, they have high blood pressure, heart attack.......etc. But after they change their diet, they now look like a different person.
Got one very handsome, when Fat like 30 + years old now like 20+ years old.
Even my mother also lose weight. -
