  i believe i understand ur predicament... lots of ppl have came ard complaining that their pics are up and so on..... wanting it to put down...
  
  the previous posts by other members of the forums have already spoken their mind, that if u want to put ur pics up or rather, any information regarding urself up on the web, it's deemed public, and it's up to the users who visit ur website, to use the information provided by u, to be used at their own discretion.
  
  i'll make note of this, and delete the pics, that u say belong to u.

  thanks, and if you need the password to my albums to see which ones are my pictures, please let me know. i decided to limit my albums to password only so this wont happen again.
  
  p.s. it's one thing to use and post pictures of other people up, but it's another thing to claim that you are that person.

  if you don't this kind of things to happen again set ur webpage to strict copyright script lor...cannot copy anything even your text then no one can SABO u...

  generally speaking, the morally inclined will not "steal" other pple's photographs.. (for photograph "ownership" go check out the web) but for argument's sake, we assume that she owns the photos.
  
  however pasting them on the web gives access to anyone, and u can't exactly stop them from downloading them into their computer, and onto another of their choise.
  
  the best way? make ur site secure by using a password etc, so only those that u give access to can view it.
  
  if u wanna let the public view it, then the public can also view it on another site right?
