  It recently came to my attention that your member ar7c has been stealing pictures from my website and putting it on her page. She has many of my pictures on there, and has even said that the pictures of me are of her. This is against the copyright laws. I have proof that those are my pictures. As the moderators of sggirls.com you must remove my pictures from that account. I have the right to demand the removal of my creations off ar7c's page. You can check out my websites and see that the pictures are mine, and those pictures are of me and my friends.   How do we know that the pics/links that the user post have the explict consent of the copyrighted owner without being sued by them?

  it is beyond sggirls.com's knowledge and obligation to verify the consent and approval of the subject in the uploaded pictures.
  
  as far as i know, trivia photograph has got no copyright unless you specifically register it with the appropriate authority right from the start.
  
  posting it up on gallery like sggirls will not bring you any legal trouble, provided that the picture is decent, not doctored, or contain any form of defamation.

  in my personal opinion, if you publish your pictures freely on one web site, it is not such a big deal for others to post it on another unless it is commercially used, defamed or doctored.

  whatever post on the web is for public viewing.
  
  if someone wants to publish another's work, permissions must be seeked from the source.
  
  the owner should implement appropriate measures (e.g. watermark) to claim ownership.

  usually the privacy policy will indicated that whoever wanna reproduce part/whole of the copyright material to do an acknowlegdement
  ie. to reference/biblio the site add/co. name or wat

  Even though I did not specifically register each and every picture, I am automatically the copyright owner because I am the one who created them.

  That is enough to show that I am entitled copyright owner of my creations.

  as i am not in charge of the pictorial section, some things are beyond my control.
  
  please dont use strong word such as "demand" or "legally", coz it does not hold water in this particular instance.

  Nah...have read your thoughts. Please don't feel degraded in anyway. I believe there has been a misunderstanding. The function of this forum does not drive towards dating or calling services. It's for local people to communicate, have outings and have fun together.

  me found that u are trying to stop pple from downloading your images by using the "No-Right click" javascript... erm... juz to tell u that this is useless becoz ur images are automatically in the viewer's hard drive... dun believe check your "temporary Internet files" folder.
