Legality of Pictures Posted

  Pondering on the issue of legality of pictures that are posted here.
  
  I notice that those posters who posts semi-nudity pictures are often the first one who get banned, whether it is artistic or voyeur or personal collection or otherwise. Then I notice those who takes from other websites and post it here as their own. Finally I notice the pictures that are posted in the "R" section aren't actually "R" but "G" more often.
  
  So what is going on here
