It is good to hear feed back from customers.
CNC phone price and service is good
CNC phone price are so much cheaper than mobile service providers' shop, departmental store and many other shops. However, no one could claim that they provide the cheapest price.
Sometime cheaper price don't mean really cheaper. The common problem are
1. Incomplete package. ie the phone may have two batteries but they only give one.
2. Used phone repack and sell as NEW export set
If you visit CNC more often, you may find that we are selling some very new used phone. We just sold out 1 pc N8250 which was 2 months old. We sold it out as only $190. However if similar case in other shop, they could easily claim this phone as a new phone and sold it out at $250. And some customer may mistaken it is a good price if they believed that it was a new set. It will be very unfair if customer using this $250 as a brench mark to compare with other shops.
CnC is appling for CASE trust scheme from Singapore consumer association. I will ensure all our price is reasonable and good service. More important all our phone are 100% new set and complete package.
