I remember there was one stage where you were fighting on the top level of a building...however if you activate your "bomb", a police car will fire a bazzoka from the ground floor and the "bomb" will still manage to penetrate the building and hit the baddies!

For golden axe the A button was to activate the character's magic spell...
For Super Shinobi the A button was for activating the selected Ninjitsu..
The standard configuration was A for special, B for attack and C for jump... -

3 Vikings kena kidnapped by aliens..
one can run and jump, one can shoot arrows and swing sword, the third can use shield to block anything and use shield to glide....
move all 3 to the teleport area in each stage....
