to wat i believe, if u wanna ban a person from forum he/she can always uses another nick to come in and create havoc again and again......
so the best way is not to REPLY TO ANY OF HIS/HER POST..... like that HE/SHE will be only replying and toking to HIMSELF/HERSELF..... and will slowly realised no one attention was being caught by HIS/HER watever actions.....
TRUST ME..... HE/SHE WILL DISAAPPEARED LIKE WE FORGOTTENT SUCH PERSON EXIST......
