  I think wat tips u offer is useless since they are shy.
  To get a date, u need at least some guts to approach the person if he/she is free.
  
  The very first step is........ DONT BE SHY!
  Next step probably is........ Try to socialise with more ppls to make urself comfortable with another the gender of sexes.
