It is true that usually the pretty girls get approached, but that is because as guys, we have quite a narrow view of what is pretty, but some people have different standards, part of being with someone is attraction to them, not only mentally, but physically! As far as if a girl wasn't good looking to me, I would notice her....if she noticed me first! Its a two way street, girls need to learn to approach guys, as we cannot go around approaching every girl we see without looking like a pervert!
I think that it is justifiable that I approach any girl that I am attracted to, and any girl that I see is attracted to me, at least while I am available. I also think that girls, no matter how good looking they think they are, need to start "initiating" as well!

I have a driver, so we can take a drive around town, dinner, or whatever! Yeah, a straight forward no is appropriate, but lets get this straight, no means no, not "I want you to try harder for me to show me that you want me". Many girls I have had this experience with, said after we got together later, that they wanted me to approach them sooner and their "no's" were just to see how interested I was and if I would fight for it, but after hearing this isht I wasn't really interested in their games anymore
