  after reading P J O'Rourke's Holidays in Hell, i want to go to Lebanon, El Salvador and Nicaragua...

  My high schoolmate had a heck of trip and a truckload of photographs from his backpack through middle east. Visiting Petra the City of Rock, climbing pyramids, homestaying with the locals, riding camels, chasin' buses..

  I received this article (pdf) from a close friend about this japanese journalist trudging pre US-occupied-Iraq, quite a fine read if you have the time and interest for exotic destinations. It's on my server here

  Go austria!!!! i recommend this hotel, Rathauspark , damn nice.. its in the city centre but got red light district beside the hotel... nabei.. travelling with gf..or else
