Singapore has one of the best public transportation system in the world. I work in town and live 10 minutes aways from town by bus. My advice is, why not invest the money in a place closer to town rather than a car. Remember cars depreciate, houses now cannot depreciate any further

If a gal goes for a guy because he drives a car, or even a posh one..that's very dangerous for the guy..Will she stays if one day , you are no longer financially healthy?? But it seems that gals nowadays do prefer their bf to have a car..those that don't are hard to find..and I believe those are really hard to come by, they do emphatise with their bf's financial...
and Its not true that having a car will get a higher chance of finding a gf/partner..in fact you may miss some chances, those that you will get from bus, MRT rides..
In Singapore..a house is much much more important than a car...if your partner can understand that..it would be marvellous!! Good Luck!

One of my friends who draw about the same salary as mine is married and drives a Brand New Suzuki Swift but I don't really feel the need to have a car although I can afford it but I would save up the money for rainy days. -

car is a form of transportation, if got, good lor, much more convinient..but if don't have, take cab or take bus lah..
i rather work hard towards the goal of owning my own car, rather than rely on finding a bf who drives

i love tanning, but must see got time or not lah..
jogging and gym is out, cos i'm not into sports..
and exercise really depend on individual, some gals r active, well some are just not..
dinner and movie, not any tommy, dicky or hairy ask i will just go just bcos they drive okie..if his charecter cannot make it, i won't even bother to go out as friends, be it he drives or not..
