How to tell if a gal likes a guy?

I know this is a "chicken & eggs" topic but I would like to hear from your views. Thanks for all the comments in advance.
My judgement
1. She will always want to keep in contact with U.
2. very concern about U especially if U fall sick, depressed with life etc
3. Will share with U her secrets....
4. Will help U at all costs.

Having constant eye contact when you're talking...
Laughs at your jokes even if some aren't funny...
Stroking the outer glass of her drink (i.e. milkshake..etc)...
Playing with her hair when she sees or talking to you...
...blah...blah...blah... -

Hm... you can't tell if I'm interested in a guy. Cos I remain rather neutral. And I think the reason I react like that is I don't really care if I get him or not.
But if I really liked him, I'd just tell him. -
I observed that if a gal fancy a guy, she will play with her hair i.e keep combing her hair that are near to her EARS all the time when the guy is walking pass her or when the guy is looking at her. Did U guys observe that? It seems all gals behave the same!

In this case, why a gal will play with her hair when she look at particular guy?
The only reason I can think is she is trying to catch the attention of the guy. Other than this reason, I really cannot think of any other better reasons to justified this action.

I observed that the normal actions that a gal will do is
1. keep playing their hair that are near to her EAR
2. Will either look directly/use her side eyes to look at the guy that she fancy/attracted to
3. When in a bus, if U are taking a seat behind her, she will always take a good look at U by turning her head behind to see U.
These are the common reactions I have seen so far. Anymore to add? -
It's nerves. Like sometimes you're nervous about something and you fiddle with your watch or the paper you're holding? Maybe the girl is nervous when the guy she likes is nearby and she touches her hair to keep her hand occupied.Originally posted by bus:

Especially the 2 DO NOT KNOW each other at all & meet up say in public transport/food court etc.
The gal will walked a bit slower (if given a space say in the food court) & when she is about to "meet" the guy, she will keep playing her hair by combing those hair that are near to her ear(either side) to catch the guy's attentions AND WALKING VERY CLOSE TO THE GUY - like want to collide into him -- I have encountered it before in the shopping centre but I am too shy to say hello to her as I do not know her at all

Well, l think mostly the girl will keep looking at the boy so the boy will notice.
But if you the boy and if you don't like the girl, you will feel very VERY uneasy!

mayb u find she paid alot of attention to wad u like/dislike.. wad ur habit?
den when u call her she sound v excited..
when u sms her,she will reply to everyone of ur sms n respond v fast too.. den will always keep in contact with u.. mayb few times daily..
