from what i know SPF 0 doesn't provide any sun protection... for sure it will make your skin peel off... how i apply is i will spray a little of my body, say i spray a little on my hand area A and then i will rub it thoroughly and then i spray a little at the other part of my hand area B and rub it.... you spray bit by bit on your body until your whole body is covered with the oil... don't spray a little and rub all over your body. and when you're reapplying, make sure you do the same too. I know that when reapplying, you will tend to apply less cos' your whole body is so oily then and you think that it's not necessary to apply so much...
there are so many suntan lotion on sale... you decide what kind of effects you want.. you want a dark tanning or brown tanning or just to keep yourself protected under the sun... the lower SPF means it gives you less protection under then sun... for dark tanning SPF 2 or 4... oil is better than those lotion... btw, there are also some that are waterproof suntan oil on the market... can give a try if you want...

I spray the Banana Boat SPF 0 directly onto my body & used my hand to rub/spread evenly thru out my body. Is there any difference in the way the Suntanning oil is used??
Currently, I am using Banana Boat Aloe Vera Gel (light Green in Colour -- very nice in colour) to apply on my so called burned skin.
Which types of Suntanning oil do U all recommend? I have seen Banana Boat SPF 2, 4 etc etc.... so many types to choose from.
