  tts gambling ... u know all the odds r against you winning but u buy and hope for the best.. buying a hope i guess.. and mabbe they count the opportunity cost of not buying and it open...

  given our living standards, to balance earning and spending in singapore is not easy, which is why singaporeans hope to find easy cash from 4D.

  the chances of getting a prize in 4D is 23 out of 10000 = 0.23%
