  I was trying to get a dress for my friend's bday party end of this month. which one you think is better? I hv a white blouse so i can have the mini skirt but i like the one piece v much too...can someone pls help me to decide?

  I got a chiffon one with ruffles in the middle. its gonna be just a good friend's party. want to look cute but not too overly dressed.
