Hi guys, i decided to post my problem on this forum cos i hope you guys can give me some advice .
Here's my prob...
I am 16 this year, going 17 and i just lost my virginity . The main problem wasn't about the virginity, it was about masturbating . I have to masturbate every night before i sleep or esle i cannot sleep . I wish to kick this habit . After i had sex with my bf, i became hornier and masturbated a lot . I also craved for sex and often imagine myself having sex with my bf . Can someone help? I wish to kick this habit...

Firstly know that masturbation is as not dangerous. Neither is it harmless.
To masturbate once in a while is sort of ok, i.e. no problem there. But to indulge in it daily is not good. It may do no harm to your body, but it does damage your personality. You will harbour this secret of yours and it will affect your relationship with others. Your sexuality will also be oriented to masturbation, that may not be a problem if that is your preference.
Masturbation is a physical cum mental activity, and if done regularly will, in the long, run affect your thinking process. You will not go mad, but people will notice that you are kinda "funny". So masturbation is not altogether harmless.
Do not try to stop masturbating outright, but rather say to yourself that you would masturbate later, tomorrow or at the weekend. Then every weekend only, and slowly you would not indulge in it daily, but only once in a while.
Also look at the opportunity to masturbate, you will most likely masturbate when you are in the setting ideal for masturbating. Try to change the setting like having your sister to share the room with you, or leave your door open when you are in your room.

by doing what this guy did. try occupying your mind with something else other than masturbation. try learning something new to engross your mind, or go rockclimbing or cycling or some outdoor physical activity that helps keep your mind off indoor physical activity.

I believed it is more of a mental problem than a genetic one. You need to move away from this ill-thoughts by thinking of toilet each time you feel the urge to come. Your physical movement to the toilet would makes you lazy to heed there instead. Try to leave your bed as clean as possible. Try to visualize it as a place to sleep peacefully after a hard day at school.
Slowly, you would find that you would masturbate less often and maybe only when you shower to remove the excess in you.
