Under what circumstances do girls don't wear bra out?

Kind of curious only. :) Cause i have seen a post that some girls don't wear panty when they wear FBT. So i am thinking how about bra?

Most S'porean ladies wear la. Only those foreigners don't mind going braless, even if their neh neh big!
Wearing bra is uncomfortable(for me lah). Just imagine something restrictive around your chest
I've seen a few locals who don't. Usually they the small breast type. Don't need support. Don't wear also ppl won't know, cos got nothing to shake!

When the ladies are having their period... They may wear soft cotton bra or just go bra less becos their breast tends to be swollen... uncomfortable to wear their normal well supported bras.

I think when they wear some clothes like grown etc is not convient to wear bra and it is ugly also because you can see the bra strips on the shoulder so they don't wear bra?
