Man fined for upskirt antics

  A man who used a mirror to look up a 40-year-old woman’s skirt at a Cold Storage Supermarket in Marine Parade Road last December was fined S$2,000 yesterday for insulting her modesty.

   

  Logistics supervisor Ngui June Sien, 40, could have been jailed for up to one year and fined.
