  A freelance fitness trainer was sentenced to a month in jail yesterday for video taping a girl in the shower.
  
  Teo........, 26, admitted using a camcorder to film the 16-year-old in the shower room on Sentosa in January. The victimÂ’s friends detained him when they spotted movement in a window near the ceiling of the shower room.
  
  Teo was given until 19 Nov to sort out personal matters before beginning his jail term.
