Jurong Point VS Nex Serangoon

both are my favourite surburb shopping centre in singapore.BOTH JURONG POINT AND NEX HAS THE Almost SAME STORE AND TENANT.cos they both same company open de.before nex open or renovating,there were a lot of tenant already like book their store in nex,mostly all from jurong point,so a few month before the shopping centre was opened,the lease rate already 95 percent.mostly is the company,invite jurong point tenant that attract a lot people,to nex.

Jurong point is the best, please everyone should go there.

NEX is one big failure.
messy walkways
narrow corridors
lack of a main entrance
its layout can challenge Central or Orchard Central. Lack of parking, even the carparkalso terrible layout.
sometimes i dont know i at which floor.
basement 0.75 or basement 1.5..
level 0.5 or level 1.5
will avoid that place -
Yes, NEX sucks, plsdon't go there to spend your public holidays.

heard the fish ball noodles cost $5/6 like tt -
Dunno anyone who would go all the way to NEX to eat fishball noodles.

One thing i can say. Jurong Point is crowded everyday even on weekdays.
EVEN with the opening of NEX, it's still crowded hence unaffected by the opening of Nex -
