Free Forums Problem

Having so many forums but seeing some of the forums so dead, don't you feel deprived?
The main point is that if you don't have any topics to put up, why bother to have your own forum?
Would you set up a forum of your own and then leaving it to die? Not me.
That's why I decided to set up a forum of my own.
Other forum owners, please~!
Liven up your own forum, if you yourself cannot put up any topics, please don't leave an empty forum there doing nothing but collect dust.
