Most of the pre-workout drinks doesnt really fill you up.Of course ,it is very convenient to have pre-workout drinks instead of having a meal before training.The experience that i get everytime i have my pre workout drinks without having any solid food will be either hungry half way throu workout or lack of energy to train.And it is not cheap to buy a pre-workout supplement.
I would like to share my “recipe� for my pre-workout meal.Is easy and definitely boost your energy till the last reps!!
How?

1 pack 75 grams chocolate.(i normally took cadbury )
I will have 5 eggs white and only 1 yolk.After that i will have have of the Cadbury and leave another half for my post workout:)
