I experience a shard pain underneath my feet !!My housemate experience the same pain experience as well.i wonder why?So i started google and i found this.It’s actually is called —->Plantar fasciitis.
The pain is caused by drastic or sudden increases in mileage, poor foot structure, and inappropriate running shoes, which can overload the plantar fascia, the connective tissue that runs from the heel to the base of the toes. The stress of overuse, overpronation, or overused shoes can rip tiny tears in it, causing pain and inflammation, a.k.a. plantar fasciitis.
How to Treat and Prevent It?
At the first sign of soreness, massage (roll a golf ball under your foot) and apply ice (roll a frozen bottle of water under your foot). Roll it for 30secs at first ,cause you might feel abit pain.When you get used to the feeling,eventually u can increase the duration.
