  Rice has to be fragrant, i dont really care about the chili but the chicken has to be tender and not too dry.

  Yup.  Saw it on channel U.   A cafe/restaurant in the school.     A great effort by that man to open this with underprivileged chef and restaurant staff .    Food looks great.

  I have tried most of them listed and all tasted good to me.

  One thing of possible interest to all........  try Not to eat chicken at late suppers especially when the chicken has been hanging or lying there the whole day. Remember that bacteria attacks meat very fast especially when cooked meat are exposed openly. In addition, the day long exposed chicken are not re-cooked or blanched again when one ordered  it for dinner or supper. You get the picture.

  The same goes to roasted meat.
