  No matter what you eat is just a food that make you full but have to eat healthy and have a simple meals with reasonable price.

  I think it is both, depending on the time. When we have a good time to enjoy our meal it is live to eat but when we are in a hurry to grab a quick meal for next meeting, then it is eat to live. I do however, live to eat more as I really love my food and do enjoy a regular snacking.
