You can buy it from Sheng Siong Super markets. Managed to find both the mala paste and the tomato soup base prepacked in stores. It retails for about $5. Tastes exactly the same though you have to add your own chilli and some peppers if like it more spicy.
i think HDL is worth the price
really fresh ingredients and soup base is good
