He may have been beaten soundly by local hawkers during a challenge last year, but Gordon Ramsay looks set for a return to Singapore.
The 47-year-old Scottish chef is set to expand his restaurant empire into Asia, according to a press release from the Gordon Ramsay Group.
While Hong Kong will first get a taste of Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen in September when a branch opens in the Lan Kwai Fong area, the same press release confirmed that talks were ongoing about opening a branch in Singapore.
Given that Las Vegas Sands is the party in talks with the master chef, it's probably safe to say that he may be setting up shop at the Marina Bay Sands.
Ramsay said: "This is an exciting step for the group, not only to be entering Asia which has such an amazing food culture but also to bringing our London concepts, which have been such a success, to new markets."
