I think the birthday already passed, but I always recommend people to cook themselves. Homemade food is the most delightful one!

Definitly needs to be a romantic place.
Can suggest you the place in the in teh esplanade.Its called Supply and Demand.Its a 2 storey restaurant.I brought my girlfriend there recently.
