If you are really interested in making nitrogen ice-cream, you should go to the snow city in Singapore, under their website's events & programmes : http://www.snowcity.com.sg
The reason I know this is because I have watched Channel 8 children education programme "Discovery With Maths" hosted by Ben Yeo and Sujie with different 2 kids each week and they explored maths in different place and the method making of nitrogen ice-cream was demonstrated by 'Teacher' Subash Veerappan to the 2 kids which they also have to use maths to make nitrogen ice-cream.

Liquid Nitrogen ice cream... tried making myself b4 at ice cream making course somewhere in ubi...
however, do note that liquid nitrogen is only used to chill the icecream, thus much faster then conventional way. Using liquid nitrogen is just for the speed, making chilling the icecream in minutes. There is not extra taste.
Anyway the liquid nitrogen will usually be evaporated, leaving no liquid nitrogen behind. Reason being liquid nitrogen is extremely harmful when ingested.
If liquid nitrogen where to evaporate in ur stomach then it will be bloated, making u seriously uncomfortable. In serious case, it would require immediate medical attention, like wat happen to US liquid nitrogen cocktails...
Therefore, paying prement price for liquid nitrogen chilling method is not worth it, since they do not add flavour.
