Recipe for teppanyaki sauce

  I am a great fan of teppanyaki...you know those hot plate meals where they cook your dishes in front of you in sizzling hot plates? I have been wondering what does into their teppanyaki sauce... Does anyone have the recipe on how to make the sauce? I tried to search online but could not find... Many thanks...

  you know those teppanyaki stalls? I know of the one at Wisma food court... the sauce is applied to every dish...be it pork, beef, fish, lamb, etc...

  They use butter, miso, soya sauce and sakae . There are sweet and salty miso sauce. For sakae, it is mostly use for cooking beef and they do burn it out so that the alcohol content can be evaporated. Otherwise, you will get unintended alcohol in your blood.
