I am aware that Sakae Sushi is quite efficient in a sense they have a hot water tap on each table and a computerised system to take your orders. But I never knew they had radio frequency identification (RFID) magnetic tags below each tag to keep track of freshness of the food. So apparently, there is a centralised system and smart robotic arm that would remove expired plates. Wah, so high tech sia.
This method is good for keeping manpower efficient and productive...
What do you think?
P.s. I saw it here.
err....... so old news.....
but then, got this tech the food oso not fresh de.
