I never hear people complain about no seats in the 90s.

That is the reason why more food courts like NTUC Food Fare are build especially near HDB area. In fact I thought that our "country" had stop building more new food/hawker centre long long time ago. Who know or heard that new neighbourhood like Sengkang or Punggol had an new "hawker" centre?
