The only healthy food is what you cook.
Put the fish/chicken into the steamer, must be fresh one, and it would taste sweet without any salt/sugar.
If you like it tasteful, add ginger and gralic(minced)

My parents don't cook too.
We Singaporeans are rich, but we don't have the luxury of time, home-cooked food and we can't really buy them.

Cooking is easy. You can do it if you have the interest.
But it takes alot of time, unless, you boil or steam or probably get the air fryer..haha! The effort still there=S probably also cause I don't really know cooking so it gonna take double the time for it.
that means the lettuce was fresh and they wouldn't use it beyond 2 days. and labeling expiry dates on foods in kitchen is the norm. you should be more worried if u didn't see them do it.
u need to worry if perishables like veg and fruits expire 2 mths later
wat did they add to it to make it so
The quality of the meats, sliced cheese and bread is pretty poor, the sauces are made with a ot of refined vegetable oil and the smell from the outlets is rather unappetising now.
