TORONTO -- It's becoming a staple in the world of social media, but one doctor says using Instagram to show off tonight's dinner might be bad for your health.
Dr. Valerie Taylor, a psychiatrist at Women's College Hospital at the University of Toronto, says that taking pictures of every meal and uploading it to Instagram could lead to eating disorders, or unhealthy weight gain.
Taylor says the practice establishes a bad relationship between the uploader and food.
So, you might want to think twice the next time you want to share that Tiramasu with your followers.
Posting this thread won't make you less guilty of it.
