aneslayer are you also introverted? you seem like a helpful chap/gal (don't even say!). okay maybe i should not get so personal on a forum? thanks must also go to fireice.
what is ang moh? is that local slang?
i am getting mixed singals about holland village. presume that's an area in singapore? good night life there? maybe cool place to hangout there too? what are cool places to mingle and meet? gloria jeans? hawker centers? not keen on pubs. cool clubs in holland village.
maybe i should clarify....... i am asking as a foreign girl travelling through singapore who wants to let her hair down and have a fun and great time and meet local/foreigneers preferably male (but gals will have to do if males are too shy!). i am not a teenager but nearing mid twenties, gainfully employed as a professional. not really looking for school kids - not that theres anything negative about them other than our interests may not be similar.
Jiani, is your reference to airport mean keep on going? or like to see the back of you? that's not nice! or is that a place to mingle. don't really fancy that. surely that's not a cool place!
PMed you... Please check =)

ah moh refers to white forigeners
my meaning of airport is theres lots of ah moh
okay got it, i'm blonde foreigneer. ...so ah moh?
lots of white foreigneer travelling through airport/? but that does not mean they're there to mingle? also don't mind mingle with local guys.
airport is flat chested
most of the spots in that link you posted are what you should check out - should keep you busy during your trip
and yes, being a blonde around orchard towers at night would be reasonable grounds to avoid the area
oh & since clubbing is your thing, keep an eye out on http://www.timeoutsingapore.com/clubs

don't label me as a clubber. it's a means to an end. i like dancing especially with cool looking (to me) dudes, but really want to search his brain and exchange info if he wanted to take me our of there to somewhere quiet where we could talk etc. for me physical attraction first and then if there is some mental attraction or meeting of the minds it's something i will like to explore further. BTW mental attraction is when there may be not meeting of minds but the dude has intriguing ideas and views which are not to antogonistic but another wants to try and undertstand and perhaps be persuaded? i realise guys will just look for a ONS as I am passing through. maybe? who knows how convincing and alluring...... but most tourist when on holiday let their hair down and want to party!
Take your pick from this list of night clubs and pubs: Link
The Sentosa list is dated, because KM8's already closed and at least one new place has sprung up there.

Oh yeah totally get that. I move around as well, so I know what you mean. I was just shortlisting venues / events where you might meet those like-minded folks.
hey nomad 80 you listing link does not work. we need the updated address.

I'm not a regular at places where you can dance, but I can tell you that Ku De Ta might be out of your budget. The places where people your age and mine go to are Butter Factory, Zouk (where there's this Mambo phenomenon late on Wednesday nights), Attica and, less commonly, Rebel and Home.
If it's a concern for you, some ladies go to Play and Taboo at weekends to dance among men without getting hit on...

works fine here - are you referring to the timeout link? if it is not working - try "timeout singapore" on google and look for the Clubbing sub-link. it's like Timeout in any other world city, just lists the latest current shindigs to check out
ok thanks
it's that i don't go on forums normally or on time out etc. it's just that i been through singapore found it great but could not mix with people (or guys really) my age. no real opportunity. so i thought i would do some research etc. b4 i came through
