should human rights group remove death penalty?

  a human rights group is trying to get this murderer out of death penalty. after going to its website i found out its goal is to remove death penalty in Singapore. 

   

  what are your views?

  The human rights group have no legal authority to change any countries laws. They can only campaign for it. This is to clear the air.
