This new corporate office will act as the "Commercial Center of Excellence" and regional headquarters for the growth businesses in the Asia Pacific region. The new Singapore location will allow Filtrona to be able to provide its customers with an excellent level of service and co-ordinated support on a regional basis, supported by its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China, Europe and North America. This strategic expansion by Filtrona in Asia has been supported by the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

The functional capabilities of the office will include regional sales, marketing, business development and customer service serving a variety of growth markets, along with other functional and administrative services.
