Hi all! FASS Arts O'Week is a freshmen orientation camp that is happening from 2nd to 7th of August this year! If there are any incoming freshmen entering the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences in NUS this coming August, do consider joining Arts O'Week 2014 Registration is happening is NUS UTown on 28th June, Saturday, from 1pm onwards. HOW TO REGISTER FOR Arts O'Week:
Step One: Fill up our e-survey form:

Step Two: Join our Event:

Note: Completion of Steps 1 and 2 does not mean successful Registration. Registration will be considered successful after physical presence and payment completion on 28th June.
Step Three: Print and Fill Out the following forms:
(ii) Indemnity Form (those under 18 will have to get a witness to sign on their behalf)
AND
(iii) Swimming Ability Declaration Form (those under 21 will have to get a witness to sign on their behalf)

Step Four: Come down on 28th Of June to University Town Starbucks at NUS with the following:
A) Printed copy of the completed/signed Indemnity and swimming declaration forms.
B) A photocopy of the letter showing that you have been offered a place in FASS
C) A photocopy of the front and the back of your NRIC/Passport/11B
D) Camp fees of $65.00
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis on 28th June starting at 1pm. Sign up order of the Online Registration form does not determine successful placement.
