I'm a first year economics major at NUS.
Amongst all the subjects in FASS, I feel economics suits me best. I feel there's really to learn from it which would enable me to understand issues around me.
Nonethelss, also need to be practical.
What kind of jobs can I expect to get in the future. Hoping to hear from already-working people with economics degrees.
Grades wise, realistically speaking, if I work damn hard, a second-upper honous may be possible. But I would most likely be ending up with no honours or second-lower honours.
Thanks,

If you truly truly want to pursue an economics degree.....you go all the way to get a Phd.
you would probably ends up selling roti patra at the coffeeshop beside desker road
a lot of econs majors (first class hons) are in PMO
pay a lot
but bery no life one
if you can't even get a first class upper honours in nus econs, not to mention University College of London or London Schools of Economics econs, then it's hard to find a job
