evitime visit sg girls, go to nus 1 1st to c if got any interesting topic. sian...the wat 'curse, complain...' topic got many posts but look more like a few ppl toking wif each other, u all as well e-mail each other tok lah, or icq chat lah! sian, campus life stress, wan use this forum release stress also cannot. feel like starting work, more interesting life, but still got i more sem to go...sigh.

i not free, esp the hrm notes darm thick. the time when i came sg forum very often is when i'm working, use office com to surf net.
i also not very creative person, so dunno wat topic to start, but got 1 thing very gd at, can spot chio bus very easily. my eyes very sharp at tat, hehe... -

wah the notes so boring!! i felt like giving up leh, so useless studying HRM.....
Personally i feel that mgt skills increases with age, its not something we can learn from textbooks.
There is a topic on motivation, after reading, i don even felt motivated at all!!!

Next sem hopefully can take HRM... is the HRM you all are toking about that compulsory HRM everyone has to take? Got notes pass to me?

HRM not easy as u all think, some topics u read but cannot understand. most ppl got B, C for it. not diff to pass but also very hard to get A, unless ur ah moh very gd, r those ppl who got A for GP. its the kind of mod which pull down ur CAP. a frien, a genius in maths, all A+ except HRM, took only 3 yrs complete HONs,got B. intelligent no use 1. those going to take the mod in future gd luck!

HRM is not about cheem english. To distinguish your answers from the rest, all you need to do is to apply the concepts when answering the questions. Answer to the question. Of coz to do this you will first need to understand all the terms and concepts well (no need to memorise!). If you intend to smoke ur way through, then of coz you won't score.

thks sparkle for helping me how to study HRM. if ah moh gd will help, sometimes u read notes understand but cannot phrase, also ah moh not gd how to understand the concepts? some topics quite chim, anybody agree wif me?
