Review versus Appeal of results

  What might be the difference, and how does one go about doing this?

  They would only change your results if the marks you get are WAY below your average. Meaning... your paper will only be reviewed if your usually get good grades (As and Bs).

  I B+ and B- also review leh...but i also got one subject D i also ask for review... think got chance?

  What's the difference? I think for review, the chance of changing is higher than that for appeal.
