How U people find the food in NUS?

Hi ppl, I am from Arts and just like to know how U ppl in Nus find the food here. I find the Arts Canteen still the best. A pity the Fried Kuay Tiao stall changed ppl....

Hmm... I find the food in Science Canteen equally good! Esp the claypot and the chinese food. Basically the food served at all canteens are pretty up to standard (except for YIH) :p

I've only tried food from arts and bizad.
I must say the western food stall in arts is great.
The yong tau foo's nice too ! -
Yep....I agree.......it is a big pity that the fried kuay tiao stall closed. The one replacing it really can't match its standards.

the western food stall from science sucks ! you sure they selling edible stuff ? i am so embarrassed that they don't know their food tastes like sh*t. -

Anyway......when the char kuay teow/hor fun store was still ard, I kept eating onlie hor fun, hor fun and more hor fun..... But its no longer there and I think the standard and price of the new stall is not that good. Since then, I shifted my attention to the claypot stall of arts canteen instead. However, I heard the malay stall at eng canteen is not bad lah....no chance to try it yet....
Heheheeaaa.....my fav canteen is still the arts canteen as almost all the stalls are good. Ai yaa......I tok about food I hungry leow...... I better go eat more as I am doing my last semester now (special term for HRM) and will not be back unless I fail any modules....ehheeaa...... :p

YIH Chinese food SUCKS!!!!The vegetable lotsa of sand, it's like eating the standard of NSF cooks. The curry chicken full of small bones...I tried once and got my mouth inhured badly!Onli the western food is at least respectable!
In science canteen, only the claypot is edible! Nothin's fantastic here.The place is so crowded that I would rather go NUS Staff canteen to eat. -

arts....i only go for western food and last time char kuay tiao....now no more...
even the fong seng there tat prata shop oso change mgt....now prata, teh bing not as nice........... but i do miss fong seng nasi lemak chilli....

The Western food stall in ENGINE is sedap! chk out its chicken cutlet.

Not really a big fan of Char Kway Tiao but i have heard of the former CKT seller in ARTS canteen. heard it's very good but since they changed hands, the standard has dropped BIG TIME. think i gotta try it out to tell the difference myself

food in science is only so so....in fact most of my friends think horribly of sci food... i mean...its can eat lor...but the western food is terrible....chilli lovers will like the chilli at the malay stall....shiok!
personally, i like the western food in bizad..its like what you can get at a restaurant at a canteen price...~~ -
engine food not dat bad wat.....tot pretty edible....esp malay food really quite sedap!..best in NUS I think.....worst is definately YIH.
But if u're looking for good kopi...(at cheaper prices)...try bizad...the mocha quite good! And the fish soup there is good also!
I dont really fancy anything in science sad to say....except for maybe the spinellis which can't go wrong.... ;p -
Engin canteen has superb western food! Do check out the chicken chop, and the grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, always run out before 1pm. The rest of the stalls are so-so.
YIH western food sux big time! They precook chicken chops and stack them high against the greasy wall you know? Makes me puke just looking at them. And the burger seems to be totally submerged in oil. Zero effort man, I must say. -
oh!! and not forgetting the cool luminous orange colors the chicken chops come in!!

I most of the time eat at Science canteen. Food taste quite lousy to me. Sometime lazy to walk so just quickly settle lunch there.

somebody in sci club mc or nussu pls help the poor sci students! the gd food queue so long but the western food queue short, y? coz the food darm lousy. compare with other canteens, the queue at sci canteen is the longest( except the western food). poor sci students evi time have to eat fast coz alreadi wait so long queueing.
