  Alcohol is probably easier. Just guessing. I just stop cold turkey. Then again, I didn't drink a lot to begin with.

  Then again... From experience.. It should be the same... It's really just about discipline.. each time u feel like doing it... no matter how badly.. you just gotta be firm and say no to yourself =D
