Day 12, 7.24pm - Got so much to do.. and so much to worry about... Smoking is probably the last thing that I care about now... Had a couple of crave episodes today... Nothing good ol' discipline can't handle.. Not bad, I'm learning discipline from this quit routine..
good

Day 15, 12.19pm - Just checking in to let everyone know that I'm doing fine, it's been 2 weeks and I'll certainly keep this whole thing going on.
I'd love to tell everyone that I'm completely off the habit, but truth is, I still crave for a smoke sometimes. It's hard to break away from thing that I personally enjoyed... A cigarette to me is like lard to bak chor mee lovers... but since health and monetary factors outweigh the gratification... and also not to cause my loved ones worry... I will persist
Day 15... And still counting...
Wonder how's Chip doing?

Damn, thought I was forgotten. :P
I'm alive and wondering whether quitting smoking produces results beneficial to the human race. I can't decide.
So I shall keep it simple and reserve this blog for the whining, moaning, and grumbling known to all smokers who try to quit.
Love,
Chip
