wah that's a very tough interval!
Yes, that's why i needed the stamina from the 8km to endure the speed
i could do 5 rounds but i knew the speed still could be improved further....timing was 10.09 seconds for 2.4km
i have to keep working on the 5 rounds before the 6th round
that means i can't slow down...either fast or constant
