  6 hours is the most i can squeeze during weekdays. even then very rarely. which is why i load up on zzz on weekends.

  I also do catch up on rest on during weekend as I usually have programs fully packed after work every weekday...

  However, I do have this problem of not able to rest well during weekend as I dun like to waste time... I'll still wake up early, afraid of wasting time, and use the com instead >___>

  But every once in awhile I'll still manage to sleep like a log during the weekends...

  i try to keep my weekend afternoons free so i can log about 2-3 hours of nap. yes, i zzz that much!
