  Hihi.. due to some problem is another club so i post it here as pple suggest ^^ got nice pple here ^^

   

  Anyway is a COMBINED OUTING!!! As I am also organising this outing in another forum...

   

  I am a newbie here... So would like to organise this outing for the members here too^^ the more pple the merrier more fun mah ^^

   

  anyway a brief intro about me...

  Now currently 12 pple confirm in SGC... 6 boys 6gals

  3boys 3gals tbc..,

   i need aboput 2-3more pairs~~~ PLEASE SUPPORT AND JOIN

  ... if gals outnumber the guyz here no worry as i got a lot of guyz in reserve list... if boys outnumber the gals here... boys u got to be in reserve list liao...

   

  PLEASE TYPE YOU ARE INTERESTED AND YOUR GENDER IN THE POST IF YOU WANT TO JOIN^^ cox i need to know put in wad category^^

   

  details as follow:

   

  IT is an outing for couples and singles to be held 19DEC SATURDAY -20DEC SUNDAY!!!
  
  Couples: Be it BGR or married... this will be the time to bond each other feelings together again if you guys hasn't really been going out, or kp going to boring places like movies and stuff.. Why not join this? Where all of us can have fun... have games and activites...
  
  Singles: Get to know more friends... Singles all have to be 16 and
  above and below 30...
  
  There will be games at the end of the day where everyone will be pair up... For singles... you will be pair up by drawing lots ^^ therefore i will still keep my stand on having the ratio the same of equal numbers of gals and boys
  
   
  be movie, dinner and dance... (something lyk a small prom night.. just that is more budget)
  this 1 really depends we might nt be formal can be a causal theme lyk disco/ uniform or etc)

  1pm-2.30pm Assemble putting bags and forming groups

  
  

  2.30pm-4pm Ice-breaking games

  
  

  4pm-5.30pm War games

  
  

  5.30pm-6.30pm Pair games

  
  

  6.30pm-9pm BBQ

  
  

  9pm- 10pm group games (Light one)

  
  

  10-11pm Blindfold (pair games)

  
  

  11pm onwards Lights out or free and easy

  
  

  Day 2

  
  

  9am-10am Breakfast

  
  

  10am-12.30am Group games

  
  

  12.30pm-1.30pm Lunch time

  
  

  1.30pm-3pm Beach games (include 1 pair game)

  
  

  3pm-4pm War group games

  4pm-6pm Wash up and get ready for D&D

  
  

  6pm Assemble

  
  

  6.15pm Set-off for D&D (Private Bus fetch to function room destination)

  
  

  7pm-10pm D&D (Finale)

  
  

  
  

  DAY 2 Dinner and Dance

  
  We will book a function room at condo which cost only $10 for the whole area. and A PRIVATE BUS TO FECTCH US THERE!!! which cost about less than $3 per person.. yet to be confirm.

  
  I suppose it will be quite fun and interesting... Where couples can have sweet memories.. the other can make more friends? ^^

  the cost like chalet,bbq and etc will be divide equally therefore the more the merrier...
  
  for 2 days event probably $30-60 estimate bahx? if alot of pple join maybe will be cheaper...

  MUST BE ENTHU AND SUPPORTIVE!!!!! CANNOT BE SHY OR DON'T WANT TO PLAY THE GAMES!!! BECAUSE IT DEFEAT THE PURPOSE OF JOINING AND WON'T BE FUN!!!
  
  SO PLEASE BE MENTALLY PREPARE TO HAVE FUN AND BE ENTHU AND SUPPORTIVE WHEN YOU JOIN!!!!

  money matters

   

  I hope you guyz can understand chalet have to book in advance and everyone have to pay. share cost no1 paying more nor less. we only left with duplex bungalow @ goldkist east coast.$376 for two nights as that the minimum requirement! ALL bungalow chalet; cheveron, aloha, costa sands, nsrcc FULLY BOOKED!!!
  
  So I would require everyone to pay me $15 first (pending)

  for chalet, function room & bus...

   

   top up will be needed when days are near for the bbq and buffet for the Dinner and dance.
  
  Do note those who in list but never pay slot will be given to others. Do also block ur schedule for that day once you pay up. as there will be no refund!!! I hope you all understand tt is hard to organise this outing and i need u guyz to kindly co-operate. I will give my ic, address, number to admin if you guyz scare I run.. But well I will post the receipt and things up so not to worry..
