Boy 19 found dead in Longkang.

SGF TIMES. 17 Feb 09. - At about 5 am yesterday, a boy 20, dressed in casual clothes was found dead in a longkang along the road from Jurong to West Coast. He was assumed to be cycling during the point of time when the accident happened. 3 of his friends persuaded him to not go cycling, but he refuse to heed their advice, saying tht he install lights and nvr gotten into an accident before. Eyewitness please step forward to feel free and contact us, if they have any information on this accident.
